How to Check the Status of an Order
Track and monitor the status of your orders.

To check the status of an order:
- Sign in to your Canopy Stone Portal
- Go to the Orders section
- Find your order in the list (you can filter by status or date)
- Click on the order to view details and current status
Statuses typically include: Pending, Scheduled, In Progress, Completed, and Delivered. You may also receive email notifications as your order moves through each stage.
